2. Booking Process
- Reservations are made exclusively through our website: almadebolonia.es.
- To confirm the reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid through our secure payment gateway.
- Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation without penalty: You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date and receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival: Cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellation process: To cancel your reservation, send an email to almadebolonia@gmail.com with your name, reservation number, and stay dates.
- Refund method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway used for the reservation.
4. Withdrawal Policy
- Right of withdrawal: You can exercise your right of withdrawal up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- Procedure: To exercise this right, send an email to almadebolonia@gmail.com with your name, reservation number, and stay dates.
- Consequences: If the withdrawal is made within the established period, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Stay Rules
- Pets: Pets are allowed.
- Parties: Parties or events are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of occupants per bungalow is 4 people.
- Check-in and Check-out times:
- Check-in: From 16:00.
- Check-out: Until 12:00.
